Christine MaGrath

Training and Human Resources Consultant

Christine has worked in the Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Professional/Ethical conduct fields for over 25 years within NSW Public Sector. She has held senior management roles for over 15 years in large complex Agencies, providing strategic leadership and cultural change initiatives. She has extensive experience in people management and remedial performance and conduct disciplines, as well as policy and training development, investigations, advisory services, mentoring and coaching.

Mick Tiltman

Master of Management majoring in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Distinction Certificates in Industrial Law 1 and 11

Mick Tiltman completed his public sector career as Executive Director Human Resources (SES Level 5) with a major NSW Government agency. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources and particularly the areas of recruitment, selection, training and development. In addition to his 27 years of public sector experience and knowledge, Mick holds a Master of Business degree with a major in Human Resource Management together with a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management and Distinction Certificates in Industrial Law I and II.

Angela Myers

Training and Human Resources Consultant, MA (Management)

Angela provides expertise in general human resources having spent over 25 years in the human resources area of more 12 of which were in a senior managerial role focusing on recruitment, redeployment and assessment and development functions both from an operational and strategic perspective.

Angela has extensive experience in recruitment and selection processes at all levels of an organisation and has a depth of experience to draw from when training or providing one on one coaching. Angela has been training in Merit Selection, Writing Job Applications and Interview Skills and helping people make the transition to retirement.

Carolyn Madden

Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Industrial Relations; Post Graduate Studies in Industrial Law; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110; Cinergy Trained Conflict Coach; Certified to deliver Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP); Debriefing Skills in the Workplace.

Carolyn has a long career in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Training and Coaching. Reporting to CEO’s of major organisations, she has been involved at a corporate level in all aspects of the change management process, recruitment and training to enhance skill development. Carolyn is passionate about helping people reach their potential by performing to their best ability and developing careers according to their strengths and desires.

Greg Light

Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management

Greg has worked in the Career Management field for close to 20 years within the Government and private sectors. He is experienced leading workshop groups and one to one coaching sessions. He has worked with individuals across a huge range of industries and at all levels from Graduates to M.D.’s and CEO’s. Greg is highly skilled at putting people at ease so that they can gain the maximum improvement from their coaching/workshop sessions with him.

Brian Silver

Bachelor of Economics, Diploma of Education, Certificate in Marketing

Brian is an experienced senior executive and corporate leader who has transitioned from the business world of Telstra, Optus and IBM to Government training and executive coaching. He specialises in the delivery of Leadership Training and Writing Job Applications and Interview Skills. He has trained more than 1000 NSW Government Employees across multiple agencies including Fire and Rescue, Roads and Maritime Services, Family and Community Services, Office of Environment and Heritage, Health and the Department of Education and Communities.

Anne Silver

Bachelor of Arts Degree, Diploma of Education, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Graduate Diploma in Counselling

Anne Silver has highly developed skills in executive and career coaching, designing and delivering leadership learning and development programs, job seeking skills programs, facilitating, counselling and has worked in many industries such as education, health, mental health, employment, banking and transport to name a few.

Claudia Chambers

Claudia is a qualified teacher and trainer (BA DipEd) with a post graduate qualification in Coaching Psychology (MSc CoachPsych). She has over 25 years of experience training and facilitating in workplaces, schools and organisations. Facilitating groups–whether in workplaces, education sector or the community–is a common thread throughout her life and she is passionate about finding ways to connect and deliver training and coaching that is energising and powerful for the client.

Matthew Wright

A degree in Engineering University of Sydney, Graduate Diploma in Education University of Technology, Sydney. He has accreditations to deliver and debrief,

After five years in project management with Lend Lease and Kone Lifts Matthew moved into education in 1992 (completing a Graduate Diploma of Education). During this time he has worked for Team Focus, Mettle Group, Amazing People and Polaris Coaching. He is now a director of Aurora People.

David Shirley

David trains information workers to optimize their existing tools (Windows, Mac, Outlook, Mail, iDevice and Android) to create a work environment that is streamlined, efficient and without the psychic clutter that often develops when working within a fast paced team culture. He offers on-site workshops designed to radically improve productivity and effectiveness throughout your agency, in addition to one-on-one coaching sessions for managers and C-level individuals.

As happens with many people in the world of tech, his career has evolved; for years he was successfully building large data/voice networks for a broad range of corporations including Advance Bank, Jordache Apparel, Banque Paribas and Morgan & Banks Recruiting.

Janette Paterson

Diploma of Project Management, Diploma of Quality Auditing, Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing

Janette delivers training and assessment to diploma level in project management and quality auditing. She also works in the VET sector providing audit and compliance services including independent external validation of assessment tools.

Clients she has worked with are Forsythes Training, Hunter TAFE, Booroongen Djugun College, Living Planit, Pacific National and ARTC.
Janette is currently working with the Crown Lands Legislation Program team implementing the new Crown Lands Management Act 2016 across the organisation.
