Leesa is a seasoned leader, facilitator, coach and catalyst for growth. With a wealth of experience spanning over three decades, Leesa brings a dynamic skill set honed across diverse sectors, including IT, Health, Government, Banking and Finance and more.

Christine has worked in the Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Professional/Ethical conduct fields for over 25 years within NSW Public Sector. She has held senior management roles for over 15 years in large complex Agencies, providing strategic leadership and cultural change initiatives.

Gail has 20 years training, facilitating and coaching experience in various industries including financial services and insurance, medical devices, IT, manufacturing, FMCG, telecommunications, retail, construction and engineering.

As Managing Director and trainer at Training and Coaching Solutions, Christopher is passionate about working with individuals, teams and organisations to develop their people and performance. He brings our clients the benefits of over thirty years of practical experience.

Wendy is an accredited, experienced coach and facilitator. Her expertise lies in all areas of people development – human resources, training, learning and development, organisational psychology, facilitation and coaching.

Barnaby is an experienced, versatile facilitator and coach, specialising in executive development and people and organisational transformation. With over 18-years experience in Australian and the UK, he has partnered with organisations across many sectors.

With a passion for creating positive and productive work environments, Kim’s consulting and training career has spanned more than 30 years and across a range of organisations, leadership levels and diverse team contexts.

Andy is an experienced Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, and Leadership Development Advisor. He has recently enjoyed working with major media groups, top advertising agencies, elite sports franchises along with government and financial institutions.
