With a passion for creating positive and productive work environments, Kim’s consulting and training career has spanned more than 30 years and across a range of organisations, leadership levels and diverse team contexts.
Her expertise includes designing, coaching and delivering engaging development programs and workshops both online and face to face.
Kim believes that the recipe for success in changing and challenging the way we operate is by facilitating thought provoking discussions, supplemented with the right tools and resources that can provide a simple and easy framework to make the learning effective.
Kim’s accomplishments include:
- 6 years in Organisational Development & Learning (Department of Communities & Justice) as an HR Advisor.
- 20 years as Director in Improving Connections Pty Limited, specialising in mediation and facilitation.
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering team and leadership programs including Women in Leadership, Workplace Behaviour and Dealing with Difficult Situations.
Among Kim’s academic qualifications are post-graduate certificates in Management Psychology and Conflict Resolution and Management and an Associate Business Diploma in Marketing. She is also an accredited mediator and executive coach.
