Wendy Jocum

Wendy is an accredited, experienced coach and facilitator. Her expertise lies in all areas of people development – human resources, training, learning and development, organisational psychology, facilitation and coaching.

She is passionate about developing others, and lifelong learning and has been working in the training and coaching field since 1989, in both Australia and South Africa.

Her work with individuals, leaders at all levels, teams and organisations, has enabled people to achieve their full potential, both personally and professionally. Wendy’s corporate experience, interpersonal skills, coaching and facilitation expertise, enables her to provide positive learning opportunities for her participants and clients.

Her aim is for people to achieve their goals, while enhancing individual, team and organisational performance.

Wendy has had experience in a wide range of organisations across many industries. Before consulting, her Human Resources work has been in the Retail, Banking and Government sectors. Part of her work also includes coaching, training and assessment of national qualifications in Business, Management, Government, Human Resources, Customer Contact, Financial Services, Training and Assessment.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Postgraduate Diploma of Human Resources Management, Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110), Diploma of Leadership and Management, Advanced Diploma of Management, Diploma of Government.

She is a Certified Coach (Results Coaching/NeuroLeadership Group, Evidence based Executive Coach, Positive Psychology) and is accredited in Genos Emotional Intelligence Tool; MSCEIT; NeuroTREAD™; DiSC; LSI and GSI; HBDI; Realise 2 Strengths; TMS; MBTI; Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI); NLP.
