Barnaby is an experienced, versatile facilitator and coach, specialising in executive development and people and organisational transformation. With over 18-years experience in Australian and the UK, he has partnered with organisations across many sectors.
Drawing on his background in occupational psychology and his understanding of a range of tools and methodologies, Barnaby works with our clients delivering value and lifting performance of individuals, teams and organisations.
Barnaby has worked with many senior leaders in executive assessment, coaching and in group development settings to help build capability. He has assessed, coached and helped to develop leaders across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Technology, Health, Government, Defence and Resources.
Barnaby has held senior HR roles with Ernst and Young (EY), Westpac and Korn Ferry.
His qualifications include: MSc, Occupational Psychology BSc, Psychology, Level A & B Psychometric testing
