Christine has worked in the Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Professional/Ethical conduct fields for over 25 years within NSW Public Sector. She has held senior management roles for over 15 years in large complex Agencies, providing strategic leadership and cultural change initiatives.
Christine has extensive experience in developing and delivering training programs and information sessions across a variety of subjects, all designed to enhance corporate HR/IR/Ethics capabilities. This experience involved delivery of programs to senior executives, managers, employees and volunteers. She thoroughly enjoys meeting and coaching individuals within a training environment.
Christine has Diplomas in Management, Government Investigations and previously attained qualifications in areas of Training and Assessment, Corruption Prevention and Cultural Awareness. As well she gained certification in a number of the areas, including Business Administration, Leadership, Events Management, and best practice Recruitment and Selection procedures.
