It is essential to have a resume which is short but powerful to be successful in progressing to interview stage, particularly under the NSW Government Capability Framework.

Within a group setting, this workshop will guide you step-by-step through the process enabling you to craft your resume to reflect your deliverables.

Learning outcomes and course content

  • Understand what is involved in writing a powerful resume
  • Learn to tailor a resume to the Capability Framework requirements of specific roles
  • Identify achievements and how to present them effectively
  • Learn how to pitch at the appropriate level for different roles
  • Review and select layout templates
  • Trainer provides one-on-one support to start writing
  • Please note: Participants will be required to complete some pre-work prior to this session.
