Despite current focus and positive increases, women’s representation in management and leadership roles continues to be a challenge.

It is well recognised that increasing the representation of women in leadership roles leads to positive outcomes and inclusive and diverse leadership teams benefit from holistic perspectives, new ideas and broad experience. 

This Leadership Development program has been designed to help emerging and established women leaders reduce barriers to achieve equal participation in leadership and decision-making roles.
