This practical workshop for staff, supervisors and managers improves how people identify workplace bullying and helps to boost positive workplace culture.

By improving awareness of workplace policies and procedures the workshop provides participants with strategies for themselves and their teams around how to act on, report and seek help for bullying.

The group discuss latest legislation and explore strategies to address workplace issues. By explaining how Managers can model ethical behaviour the course sets expectations for workplaces and professional behaviour.

  • Understand legislative provisions and policies
  • Ability to recognise what constitutes bullying behaviour, harassment and discrimination - how they differ and what they can look like
  • Understand consequences of bullying and harassment
  • How to prevent workplace bullying and how and where to report incidents and behaviour

  • Examining how bullying behaviour impacts people and work culture
  • Analysing the roles/responsibilities and implications of people who actively and passively play a role
  • Clarifying and discussing NSW law and public sector policies
  • Outlining consequences and implications for individuals, organisations and stakeholders
  • Sharing practical preventative steps to boost awareness at work
