Mick Tiltman completed his public sector career as Executive Director Human Resources (SES Level 5) with a major NSW Government agency. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources and particularly the areas of recruitment, selection, training and development.
In addition to his 27 years of public sector experience and knowledge, Mick holds a Master of Business degree with a major in Human Resource Management together with a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management and Distinction Certificates in Industrial Law I and II.
Mick is experienced in group presentations, one on one coaching and provides quality training in the areas of Job Application Skills, Merit Selection techniques, Interview Skills, Time Management and Transition to Retirement and Contracts. Mick has also applied his skills successfully to the ownership and management of several small business enterprises.
